Design Specifications
Due to the high volume of quote requests, we strongly encourage you to provide us with the CAD drawing in 3D formats of .step/stp, .iges/igs, .prt, .x_t.
If you have only 2D drawings, kindly offer a dimensioned PDF part drawing with silicone part measurements OR part weight in grams.
If the 3D or 2D design is not available now, kindly describe your thoughts in as much detail as possible. You can send a draft design or a picture of similar products for better understanding.
Applications
Different applications require different constructions and outcomes. Please share with us the purpose of the product, so that we could help to evaluate whether the structure of the product can be mass produced. Can it be optimized to reduce costs? If the structure is not reasonable or could be better, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Quantity Requirements
Please let us know the quantity you need, as this will impact the manufacturing process and production cost. Tell the product that there is an expected order quantity. For larger orders, the design of the mold will larger. On the other hand, the mold of the smaller order may be smaller accordingly.
Quality Requirements
If needed, please specify the quality requirements for your customize silicone products, such as specific tolerances, hardness levels, or other desired characteristics.
Other customization requests
Depending on the product, you may have additional customization requests, such as incorporating logos or text, specifying delivery timelines, customizing packaging or color, or selecting specific silicone materials. It would be much better if you could mention it in the inquiry.
