Used for all types of cooking/dishes, and the weight is heavier than I expected. That's a good thing as they are not flimsy utensils with a limited life span.

Definitely recommend! I would not put in dishwasher as I expect the finish wouldn’t hold up well to that - but hand washing is simple and quick with the nonstick surface.
